Tube Nuts for 3/4in Dead Axle Tube are compatible with the REV ION System. This #10-32 tube nut presses into the end of the tube and supplies a tapped hole for easy mounting. Typically used with dead axle applications. The left-hand threaded tube nut is colored black to help differentiate between right and left.

The right-hand threaded tube nut can be used with #10-32 screws to bolt a piece of dead axle tube to a structural component. Generally a dead axle tube is bolted on either side between two structural members.

In addition, tube nuts can be used to form a turnbuckle-style brace for structure. A piece of dead axle tube with a left-hand tube nut (REV-21-2383 Tube Nut for 3/4in Dead Axle Tube - Left-hand Threaded ) on one end and a right-hand tube nut on the other end can be used with (REV-21-2567-PK2) and #10-32 Ball Joint Rod End - Left-hand Threaded - 2 Pack (REV-21-2597-PK2). The two rod ends can be bolted to two pieces of structure to form a brace.
