Shipping Policies

REV Robotics is closed on weekends and holidays. If you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday, your order will be added to our shipping queue on the next available business day.

Shipping options can be estimated in your cart, or will be calculated at checkout. Options are based on the shipping address provided and are subject to change without notice as we refine our shipping processes and carriers. Tracking information, if available, is automatically sent via email to the address on the order after the package has shipped.

  • Standard Shipping
    • DHL delivery service
    • Estimated transit times are not guaranteed for standard shipping methods
    • REV is not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments through DHL
    • All orders will be processed the next business day
    • Transit times include business days only, and the selected transit time starts on the day that the order ships
    • Transit times vary depending on geographical location
  • Expedited Shipping
    • Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. However, we plan to introduce this service in the future. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work towards enhancing our shipping options.
